OLE Server or Active X prob

Hi!
My os is Win 2000. Office is 2000 prof. Whenever I open my
access it is giving error saying OLE Server or ActiveX
controls can not start, start it manually. The same is
working fine in administrator account. Kindly help how to
solve the problem. and how the start the above manually.
