OLE

I have a small database in which I would like to track my
inventory and also keep a picture of the item with each
record.

In the table the field is an OLE Object data type. The
properties are set to no data required. In the form, the
field is set to zoom.

I have sucessfully pasted a bitmap into the field.
However, when I try to paste another one and leave the
record, I receive the following message:

"The OLE Object is empty.

You can't edit an unbound object frame if the field in
the underlying table doesn't contain an OLE object.

Embed or Link an OLE Object into the bound object frame
using the object command on the Insert menu."

I did attempt this, but got a rather skewed picture with
the file name below it.

Any suggestions to resolve this?
