OLEAUT32.DLL Error when starting Word 2002

That's about it....I need to get the OLEAUT32.DLL file
replaced, so that Word (and various other programs) don't
give me this error anymore. The BIG problem is that I
just can't delete it and replace it -- Windows is ALWAYS
using the dang file!

So, is there someway I can replace this file...like,
reinstalling it? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

You need to boot your computer to a command prompt and delete the .dll file.
Then restart the computer and run a Detect and Repair under Office which
will replace the file with a new copy.
