OLK5A - Cannot get to hidden location, does anyone know of a way

Or is the only way to get there and delete files or open files u saved to
this location is to open an attachment then click file save then the system
displayes the location

c:\documents and settings\user profile\temporary internet files\olk5a

System = xp sp2, office 2003 sp3,

Actually location is

"C:\Documents and Settings\user profile\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\OLK##"

and once you have navigated down to the TIF folder, type the OLK number
number part in and you are there. NOW if you highlight the path and copy
it, you may elect to create a NEW shortcut on the desktop and paste in
that path as the "Location of the item" and there you have it.
