Omitted return address prints on pre-printed envelopes?

I am unable to permanently remove the return address in Word; even with OMIT
checked, they address continues to print on envelopes.

at http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm for inserting
return addresses where required.
