ON 2007 may allow dimmed colors for folders.
In this way, the navigation bar will be more clear.
Even the icons for folders can be distinctively bigger to distingush them
from sections in the navigation bar view.
Actually these are simple things but I am afraid not to be able to see them
in ON 2007 but
in later versions to come in years.

Besides, ON 2007 should also allow moving sections AND "folders" in the
'drag and drop' manner.

Chris Pratley's blog indicates that drag and drop of sections and pages is
implemented in ON 2007:

A solution for dragging and dropping of folders seems to be offered with the
added concepts of multiple notebooks and the interface changes where all
notebooks are visible down the side of the screen and accessible :
