on email where can i find the "SEND" command

I have roadrunner in my pc and window XP. Since road runner does not have an
address book to send emails I am trying to send emails using email microsoft
outlook . I compose and email but i cant find a way to send it Can not find
the "SEND" comand. Please help. I checked file amd is nt there and checked
the tool bar and no luck
