We have a unattended mailbox that forwards messages based on rules. We are
having some users stating that they do not receive the emails. Is there a
way to track that an email was forwarded and to request a read and delivery
receipt? The email box is set up to automatically have read and delivery
receipts, but evidently this is not happening.
