This newsgroup deals with Access, a Microsoft relational database application.
I have no idea what application/program this question refers to.
Whatever that application might be, try a newsgroup that pertains to that particular
app.
The only on-screen keyboards that I know of are the one in
Programs-Accessories-On Screen keyboard, and the Tablet Input Panel on
TabletPC's. Neither of those can be resized.
