on screen tips

HI I know this is silly but I just upgraded to MS2007. On my previous
version I had a little dog character on the screen that would give me little
tips as I used word. Now he is gone. How do I get him back?

There was a time when I had one that I liked but as my skills developed I
found them to be a PITA.
