on the file menu I can't find Open site from Frontpage

Hi everyone, I'm new at frontpage 2003
when I click on File menu I can't find the Open Site ( because I'm use this
Book"Step by Step Microsoft Office Frontpage 2003" I'm done with istall CD to
my harddrive )
