ON2007 does not email content except as attachment

Using OneNote 2007 & Outlook 2007 on Windows XP. I just reinstalled the OS
and all Apps (duh). Now ON doesn't work properly with emails. Everything else
seems to be working properly. Am I missing a setting or should I
uninstall/reinstall?

I have neither option checked in Sending E-Mail setup options.

CTRL+Shift+E and button work the same. My email appears as a PlainText
message even though Outlook 2007 is set to HTML. Message has 2 attachments:
a.one and a.mht

And I get the following - only - in the body of my message:
Click the OneNote attachment if you want to view or edit the notes in OneNote.
If you don't have OneNote 2007, you can click the second attachment to view
the notes as a Web page.

You can download a free OneNote trial version from:
http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidOneNoteTrial?clid=1033&ver=12&app=onenote.exe&p1=12

Thanks very much.

Default is HTML.
Good news. I had HotSync issues with my Treo - even after installing the
Hotsync patch for Outlook 2007 - The online chat support walked me thru
repairing that by running the diagnostic included in OL07. That fixed both
issues!

Thanks for the reply and offer to assist.
