Once published Not everyone can access pages

We have recently update our web pages with the newest
version of Publisher. Now I am getting reports that some
people can not access all of our pages. It appears to be
those on Macs and those that use Netscape. Anyone have
any ideas as to how we can correct this problem and
prevent it from happening in the future?

Please specify the actual version, if you are referring to version 2002 make
sure you have updated it to Service pack 2. And set the browser target to
it's lowest setting. If you are referring to 2003 B2TR then make sure the
target browser setting is at the lowest setting.
These steps will only slightly improve your chances for support in Netscape
6.x, 7.x and Mac (NS 4.x will not be supported period).
With Publisher 2002, 2003, you will not achieve full support in these
browsers on par with IE.
