Once you have completed slides in Powerpoint, how are they transported. For
instance, projector machine, or via a computer? Are they downloaded on a CD
and how are they used? Thank you

There are a lot of possibilities: Burn them on CD, copy them to an USB
stick, send them via e-mail, upload them to a web site, take the whole
laptop computer with you, ...You can show them either on a computer monitor,
large flat screen or via a data projector. Depends mostly on how large your
audience is and what technical stuff is available. With additional software
(e.g. Camtasia), you can even make a DVD to watch on your TV.
