OnConnection Fires twice???

I've built an add-in for MSProject,
for some reason the on-connection addin fires twice (tested with "msgbox"
statements).
Does anyone know what might cause it to fire twice? Or how to trace the
code...

The strange thing - it only happens when I run the compiled version of the
code. When I run in debug mode, it works fine???

More headaches...
When running the code (not in debug mode) I get two instances of Winpro.exe
running (found with the task manager)

I have the similar problem i used standard example for word add-in from
microsoft.
Also OnConnection as well as OnStartupComplete fires twice. when I click the
toolbar button the code executes twice also.

Have you find the sollution to your problem?
