one account gets email, other does not

Out of the blue, one of our email accounts stopped being able to send/receive
email. The pop3 settings are identical to the other account and when I
contacted my ISP (Comcast) they assured me that everything was set up
properly. I get the 0X80042108 error. I have tried turning off
firewalls/Norton security but does not help. Thanks for any suggestions.

That error code means that Outlook was unable to connect to the server. Do
you get errors during the sending portion of send/receive, the receiving
portion, or both? Is the account supplied by Comcast, or some other
company?
