One address & multiple users.

I have outlook set up on one workstation with one email address. When an
email needs to be sent out, everyone has to send from the one station. Is it
possible to allow the others to send from the one station so I do not have to
set up addtional email addresses? Any help would be appreciated.

How are these other users set up to use Outlook? Does each user have
his/her own Windows login? What version of Outlook is it?

OK, so maybe I need to ask what the problem is right now -- can the users
not just all use the same Outlook profile and send from that one e-mail
address? For example, I can send e-mail from this computer, and my husband
could sit down at my computer later under my profile and send e-mail out
with my account -- it would still have my name on it but he could do it. I
guess I don't quite understand what you're trying to set up :)

In order for all to use the set up as you descibed is what I do not want. I
would like to have each user from thier station be able to send to and from
the one address. Hope this makes sense. Bassically I do not want to track
emails on 14 diferent workstatios. I would like to network outlook so that
any one can send a response to anyone esle and receive from the same station.

In that case you should just be able to add the same e-mail account to each
workstation...unless you need all the workstations to share all the
historical data too, which makes things more difficult because you can't
share a .PST file across a network and have all users access it at the same
time. (There are 3rd party add-ins that add this functionality, however.)

Jocelyn,

Thank you for the response. I believe I will need the third party option.

Thank you
