One email account not receiving mail

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Power PC Email Client: pop Hello - I have 2 email accounts with Entourage. One of them stopped receiving. I've checked, double checked, and triple checked the receiving settings and they are EXACTLY like those of the account that IS working. So I have no idea how to fix this problem. Help !! Thanks for any ideas.
