one email is causing outlook to freeze on accessing emails

I have two email accounts on my outlook, the first one is working fine. The
second one has been working until today it says recieving message 1 of 4 and
sticks there. I would assume that one of the emails it is trying to recieve
is causing it to freeze. How do I stop this so I can retrieve my email.

If available, use the webmail interface to your e-mail account and view
and delete the problematic message there.
