One entry - multiple displaying

Hi,

Is there a way to enter some text (such as a name) and the same text will
appear in more than one spot?

Example: Create a tax receipt, where if you enter the name, address and
amount, it should appear on two copies (without having to enter it twice).

Sounds like something that can be used with scripting but I'm not familiar
with VBA (or others).
