one last question: saving org charts as web pages, output box sizes

I've got my org chart working on a staging server for folks to look at for
accuracy before I post it out on our intranet.

This is a relatively minor point, but I like to make things as professional
as possible, and I'm hoping someone can give me a pointer on this.

In Visio, the shapes on each org chart page are the same (40mm wide by 20 mm
high). When I save as web page, in the web viewer, the shapes seem to be
sized to the visible window. It isn't that the web zoom is different- the
little web zoom tool on the left of the visio web viewer shows the same
level of zoom on each page- as far as I can tell, the boxes are actually
different sizes from page to page. For example, I go from a page with one
leader who has two direct reports, and the boxes are huge. I click one of
those direct reports who has 7 direct reports of their own, and the
hyperlink opens that new page, and all the boxes are smaller (so they all
fit on the screen).

I'd much rather have everything the same size (same appearance of zoom) from
page to page, even if that means that some pages only have a few small boxes
and waste a lot of screen space. Is there any way for me to affect this as
the web output is created? When the size jumps as much as 3x from page to
page, it looks like I didn't know what I was doing when I created the pages,
because they don't look systematic at all. Some folks might also infer that
there is some kind of preference here, where some people don't rate getting
"the bigger boxes"- I know that seems silly, but you never know what someone
might think.

Thanks,
Keith
