Hello,
I am working in an small medical office with 2-3 computer networked
together... I wonder if there is a way that I can setup one single PST
file/Mail box for all the personel in this office and no matter whoever
would log on to these machine irregardless of their user id they can access
this one single mail box that is connected to this Outlook 2007?...
I would like to use this mailbox given to me by the ISP provider as my fax
mail box and route all my faxes to this mail box without printing... I would
like anybody/everybody in this office sees all the input and output/send to
this mail box... Is such a setup possible? If it is can you give me the
instruction? No this is not Yahoo/Hotmail/Gmail etc... my own ISP provider
email box that does not have that much capacity either... I would like to
have a central point of depository for all my faxes...
