I want to save my presentation as a PPS (which I know how to do) - however, I have to post it in team room (for school) but I don't want others from different teams to have access to the slides period.

How can I set it up to where the save as PPS cannot be changed or altered and I am the only person that can do so. Is that even possible?

Again, I thank you all for your time and patience. I will be checking the tools options as well here in a second.

Remove or change a password

Security Use strong passwords that combine upper- and lowercase
letters, numbers, and symbols. Weak passwords don't mix these elements.
Strong password: Y6dh!et5. Weak password: House27. Use a strong
password that you can remember so that you don't have to write it down.

Open the document.
Enter the password (password: A sequence of characters needed to access
computer systems, files, and Internet services. Strong passwords
combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.) when
prompted.
On the Tools menu, click Options, and click the Security tab.
In the Password to open box or the Password to modify box, select the
placeholder symbols (usually asterisks) that represent the existing
password.
Do one of the following:

To remove the password, press DELETE, and then click OK.

To change the password, type the new password, and then click OK.

If you changed the password, reenter the new password, and then click
OK.

Then Eldon's information is perfect. If you're using PPT 2000 or 97, though,
they don't have passwording features. If any of your users are using those
versions, they won't even be able to view a passworded file, either, and
you'll want to use a different method. Holler if you need that info.
