It's a completely separate download, you can select it as an option to
download on its own at the beta download site.

Office does NOT include OneNote. OneNote is listed as a seperate download.

When Office 2007 versions is released, the new Microsoft Office Home and
Student 2007, will definitely include OneNote, along with Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. See

No problems installing; works great on my tablet; Still assessing the changes
from 2003 version; Too many toolbars taking up the screen space, can't find
the erasers;
fYI: synchronization is mis-spelled in pop up on installation;
