Here is my question:
When I open the "All Notebooks" tab at the bottom left of the page I notice
that one of my notebooks is there twice. Is that normal? None of the other
notebooks are duplicated. If I delete a page from the 2nd notebook the 1st
notebook deletes that page as well. If there is a problem what do I need to
do to fix the problem?

It's unusual, but it can happen in some cases. Are you able to close one
of the duplicate notebooks? If so, that is sufficient to get back to normal.
