One of my files was blank when I opened it How do I get the data b

I have an excel file that I use daily, and upon opening the file this morning
the whole spreedsheet is blank. The file is still there, but there is no
data on it. I have tried a system restore, but it has not worked. I open
this file every morning and make adjustments to it all day long as well as
save it through out the day. It is the last file I close before leaving my
office. I can I find the data that has been lost? All my other files are
intact, except this one.

Sounds like you, or someone else, cleared it, and saved it. Assuming you are
at work, ask your IT staff if they have a backup.

Thanks, but no one else has access to my computer, and we don't have an IT
Department. The file is saved directly onto my hard drive not the network.
All the worksheets are gone (12 in total) and everything is blank. Thanks
for your suggestions
