one out of many video files don't play in presentation

I have created a pps file wth 5 video files on various slides.
ONE will not play. The one before it and after it play fine.

When running the ppt file or packing the ppt and coping it to a CD works fine
below are th efiles and th eorder they come up
1. wmv 15,397 KB
2. mpeg 111,791 KB <-- This one does not play in the pps file
3. wmv 23,935 KB
4. mpeg 80,476
5. wmv 2,232

What's different between it and the other MPEG? I'd guess it's using a codec
that's not installed on the system.
