One outgoing mail server for multiple accounts

My friend has two e-mail accounts. He checks for e-mail
coming from Yahoo and another ISP. When he sends out e-
mail he wants all his e-mail to only be send through this
another ISP's mail server - one outgoing mail server for
both accounts.

Under his e-mail accounts he has this another ISP listed
as his default account. If you click on the "Change"
button for that account he lists this another ISP as his
outgoing mail server. If you go back a step and click
on "Change" button for the Yahoo account he also lists
this another ISP as his outgoing mail server. When he
sends e-mail it still sends some of it via his Yahoo
account. Does anyone know why? Are their settings
elsewhere that also control outgoing mail servers? How
does he setup one outgoing mail server for both accounts?
