One staff person cannot receive email from a specific person.

I'm in a network environment using Outlook 2002 (Win XP Pro). One person
cannont receive email from a specific other person. There are no filters
applied on either end. This all of a sudden started about a week ago.

The person sending, show messages as being sent. However the recipient does
not recieve them. She can receive from anyone else.
