One time costs

Hi!

I'm currently using Microsoft Project 2003 (so I can use the currency
convertor that wasn't included in '07) and neeed some help.

I have to add some expenses like airfares to my project. I have a budget
(total project cost for airfares between Africa and the UK is £25,000). How
would I enter this as a resource so I have a baseline of £25,000 and how
would I get project to display one off costs, such as a flight for £745.00
and another flight for £780.00 within the same resource?

Thanks.

As Trevor said, or just enter the cost of each flight as the fixed cost
associated with the task or summary task that required the resource to make
the flight.
