One user has two mailboxes

A user has two different mailboxes on the one computer,
eg, [email protected] and [email protected]
When the user wants to send an email how do they change between mailboxes?
I cant get the user to send emil using the new mailbox, [email protected]

By using the Accounts button next to the Send button but it also depends on
the version of Outlook which you didn't specify.
