[OneNote 2003] Rule lines - can it be thinner

Hi,
I've just installed the new OneNote 2003 after working
with Beta 2 for a while.
I noticed that when I choose rule lines, the most
condenced one (called 'college rulled') is too wide for
me. In Beta 2 it used to be much more narrow... Is there
a way to set this rule to be narrower then the 'collage
rulled' style?
