How does one move a print file from 'untitled' to a newly created OneNote
notebook and rename said file?

Just drag/drop to where you want the page to go. If you give it a title,
that title will be used as the page tab name.

There is also a powertoy on my blog at

which lets you break big printouts into multiple pages. You may want to take
