Is it possible to set a default notebook to display on open?

I love this app, but it doesn't remember my last location on close and would prefer for it NOT to open a notebook that is more of an archive versus active.

    Thanks in advance!

Let me see if i get you question first. You mean you close your notebook everytime you are done? By default OneNote will return to the last position where you left of before closing OneNote. So don't close the notebook just close OneNote and the next time you fire it up it will return to the last position you left of.
