I bought a new laptop for my daughter, which came with a limited Office
suite; just Word, Outlook and Excel. Because she is a student, I loaded a
brand-new, never used copy of OneNote. The installation was uneventful and
the activation appeared OK.
Several days later, we opened OneNote and a box popped up saying that it had
to be activated! Further, when we started the activation process and
inserted the activation code, it said the code was invalid!!
Now what? I'm not about to pay MS to tell me how to fix software that I
bought and paid for!!!!
