OneNote Button in Outlook?

The OneNote 2007 Guide describes a "OneNote button" in Outlook allowing to
open a new OneNote page directly from a selected Outlook appointment or
contact.

However, in my Outlook 2002/XP I couldn't find any such button. I
extensively searched the Tools => Customize... => Commands dialogue and the
misc. lists of commands it offers, but I could not find any OneNote-specific
command.

How/where can I add that button to my Outlook toolbar?

2002/XP pre-dates OneNote.

I suspect you need at least Outlook 2003 or, more likely, Outlook 2007 to
get this functionality.

Outlook 2002 was earlier than the first version if OneNote.
No cooperation if the two at all.
There was a limited set of features for OUTLOOK-ON available in OL2003.
The full functionality needs OL2007

No way with your old version.
