OneNote Email Options

I am using OneNote at work on XP OS with Lotus Notes email app. When I email
a notebook page to others the email always has OneNote default advertising
jibberish and 2 attached files. I'd like to have the ability to remove the
advertisement and not attach files. Our pages are quite large maybe 16mb and
this chokes the recipient's email inbox.

I've tried the Tools->Options->Sending Email route and unchecked everything
on the page. But my emails still have adverts and attached files. I restarted
both the app and my computer, but still no change. How can I stop these
default features?

Going crazy in Suwanee.

Can you clarify? You're working in ON and emailing a page via Notes? The
advertisement is something like "Created with Microsoft OneNote 2007
One place for all your notes and information"? If so, clearing out that
text in Tools | Options should prevent that.

What files and are attached to the email and what are the extensions??
