I upgraded from 7 to 10 and changed to local logon to run as previously, but found I needed to use my Microsoft logon to use several features and programs of Windows 10. So I changed my logon to Microsoft logon and it asked me to set up a PIN which I did. However, I can no longer use OneNote as it gives me an error message "We were unable to sign you in. Please try again later.".

1. What is the root cause of this error message?
2. How do I fix it?
3. Where is OneNote data files located?
4. How can I change the location of the files to another drive so I can do a daily backup?

Thanks

Dan
