OneNote in Windows7 Home Premium - Lost "cut and paste" shortcut?

OneNote used to have a shortcut for copying screen from other applications
(Windows button plus "S"). Is this feature lost in Windows7 Home Premium?
Not supported?

Works as usual for me (Win7 Pro).

Not a full answer, but incase it helps a little bit I can atleast report it
works on Win7 professional.
