OneNote - Insert Documents Tag

Does anyone know how to inset a document into OneNote without getting the
header that identifies the page and file location? I'd perfer to have a
clean image imported that I can edit and email...without the header.>>

This drives me crazy. lol
Is everyone seriously okay with OneNote automatically adding those file
location headings?
