OneNote internal links

Can I set up internal links in OneNote from one page to another page/subpage?

For example, I have a to do list. i want to link from an entry in it to a
page that has details about the to do item.

Yes, easily, if you're running OneNote 2007.

Not really, if you're running OneNote 2003.

In OneNote 2007 you can right click on tabs and page content to "Copy a link
to this paragraph" to the clipboard. This link points to that particular
spot in the notebook and can be pasted anywhere as you would with normal
links, including in other pages in OneNote.
