onenote printer hostage

my computer and printer were working wonderfully till the other night I tried
to
print out on reciept from an online site and then this onenote program
appeared.
Never have used and never want to. My HP printer has not printed since and
all I
get is error codes that all jobs are in que. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled my printer and still nothing has helped.

Is there any chance that the OneNote printer got set to be the default printer?
