Ongoing Problems with Microsoft Office Outlook

It is very unstable.

1. It ofen fails to come on when I click on the icon. This sometimes
happens 3 or 4 times a day. Sometimes it seems to help when I remove all
active programs, but it will also fail to come on even when I am running no
programs.

2. It often freezes when I try to send something, such as a picture.

3. It often freezes when I try to add or change information on a contact,
or if I try to add a new contact.

4. This stuff has been going on since I got this last March. I am so
disgusted that if someone can't help, I am going to switch to Google or Yahoo.

How do you expect anybody to help you if you don't give any info at all?

- What is your version of Outlook?
- What account type(s) do you have?
- That picture that makes Outlook freeze, how large is it?
- Where are your contacts located (on a local PST file, or an Exchange
Server)?
- When Outlook fails to start, can you check Task Manager (Processes) if
Outlook is already running?
