Online broadcasts

I have Office 2003 pro. Help says that Online Broadcast is on the Slide Show menu, but it is not there. What is the problem? How do I find it?

Broadcast feature is no longer a part of the installation in PPT 2003. It is
a free download that is available from the Microsoft Office Online
