Online Collaboration - How is this done?

Hi - exactly how do you set up online collaboration? I checked the Word
2000 Help File (Clippy), but nothing about it came up.

I am assuming that online collaboration allows multiple Word users on
different computers to simultaneously edit a document via the internet.
