I am using Word's mail merge function to email out e-
newsletters to my customers. I am using Outlook Express
for the mail program and Access to gain my list.
Everytime I try to send my letters I get about a quarter
of the way through my list and then I get an online
crash. My customers are saying they are also getting
duplicates of my email. I checked my sent items and it
shows only sending once. The list is very large (approx
3000 emails) and I have cable internet and a mass mailing
permission from my email company. Does anyone know what
this could be caused by or how to fix it? Any help is
