Hi ,
is ther a way to create an online exam for a certain no of users with the
log in id ,where the administrator will get the information of the exam and
auto corrected .Will ther be any office included software that will do this

Have you considered one of the online services? I don't think any Office
apps have this functionality, and it can cost a lot to have it custom-built.
