Online form not submitting

Steve

Hi,

The oline form on my clients site will not submit
correctly. [It submits back to itself?]

We had to move the clients site to a new windows server
BEFORE the DNS had propogated - so we did it with ftp -
knowing that would trash the FP extensions.

So after DNS propagation the ISP reinstalled them - we
then uploaded the entire site again with FP publish
function!

I am sure it is a server related issue but the ISP says
ALL OK their end.

Does any body have any ideas?

The form in question resides at;
www.mouldyourman.com/contact_bookings.htm in case anyone
wishes to check the html for me.
<page is hidden for now from the web site as it does not
work>

I have since constructed several one field forms in other
sections of the site with NO confirmation page or email
send on etc incase my form is corrupt, but thet still
appear to just submit to themselves.

I would love to go back to the ISP and confirm it it NOT a
FP issue.

Thanks

Trying to open the page results in a password dialog popup.
Since the web is on an extended IIS server, I would assume it's a problem with the form itself, or a
permissions setting on the folder the form results are sent to.
