Online Help does not display results

I have the necessary check boxes selected but when I select a help topic I
just get an empty box when using online help. If I chose "Offline" help I get
the help topic displayed correctly. "Articles" selected in the results pane
display OK. I can also always access the Office Online web site. How do I get
the Online help pages to display? I'm using Windows XP Home SP2 and Office
2003 SP2 on a Sony Vaio Laptop with a wireless lan connection to my broadband
router.
