Online help wastes limited bandwidth.

Office 2003 needs help screens that do not go over the internet. I work in a
school and our bandwidth is limited. Using the internet for basic Office
questions wastes time and network bandwidth. There should be a local source
for Office help.

You can turn off the online content for help. Open help with F1 or the
Help menu. In the help dialog you should see Online Content Setting in
the See Also section. Click it. Uncheck Show content and links from
Microsoft Office Online. This can also be done using group policy so
that each users doesn't need to do this.
